Associate Creative Director

What You Have:

• 5–7 years of experience creating and selling social ideas for major brands.
• A strong portfolio showcasing video, photography, graphic design, or multi-format content work with clear cultural fluency.
• Proficiency with production and editing tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects), CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal. You can clearly articulate the vision for your work, why it's right for the brand, and how it resonates with consumers.
• Tapped in. You track memes, audio trends, platform shifts, and the cultural moment. You understand what makes something shareable and why.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines like strategy, design, production, account teams, and synthesize feedback into stronger work.
• Curiosity, ambition, and kindness. You're genuinely excited about the brands and the people you work with, and you show up ready to do try new things and challenge what is expected.
