Associate, Compliance Audit

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal compliance audits across the consultation lifecycle using the organization’s compliance framework.
• Perform Design Gap Assessments to identify control design, process, and compliance gaps.
• Support targeted finance and expense audits focused on process and control compliance.
• Assist with investigations of red flags, suspected non-compliance, and control breaches.
• Perform root-cause analysis, prepare workpapers, summarize observations, and support remediation actions.

Skills

• Identify red flags and inconsistencies in complex environments.
• Communicate compliance requirements effectively to diverse internal stakeholders and global teams.
• Manage multiple audit queues in a high-growth, fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Have 1–3 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, and risk management.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, CA, CIA, ACCA, or an equivalent analytically rigorous qualification.
