Associate Business Process Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct discussions with business users to gather and clarify requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and use cases .
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
• Maintain requirement traceability and project documentation.
• Participate in meetings with business and technical teams and provide clear status updates.
• Develop an understanding of Oil & Gas business processes such as exploration, drilling, production, maintenance, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and field operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Basic understanding of business processes and software development life cycle (SDLC) .
• Ability to prepare clear documentation and process flows.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word .
• Good presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of ERP/EAM applications such as SAP, Maximo, or similar systems .
