The WL Field Specialist - Slickline is responsible for safe, efficient, and reliable PSD service delivery to customers.
The specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk.
Responsibilities
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time, and execute service delivery.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Ensure company and regulatory compliance through CAT implementation, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in customer Service Quality Meetings and use action plans to improve performance.
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
- Wear PPE, follow HSE policies, and maintain required safety training.
