Associate - Business Architecture

About This Role

Role Description JOB DESCRIPTION The Business Analyst (Data) will be responsible for applying strong business analysis principles and core analytical skills to support project delivery. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, defining business needs, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.

The candidate will work closely with project teams to define features and functionalities, represent business stakeholders, and translate requirements into clear user stories. They will also be responsible for preparing key documentation and ensuring that the delivered product provides business value.

Key responsibilities include managing and prioritizing the product backlog, organizing sprint backlogs, ensuring readiness for sprint planning, and validating user stories throughout the sprint lifecycle. The role requires flexibility to work in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), specification documents, and user stories

Support backlog management and prioritization

Organize sprint backlog and ensure readiness for sprint planning

Validate user stories during sprints to ensure alignment with business expectations

Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to define solutions

Ensure the delivered product meets business value and objectives

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field

Mandatory Skills Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Experience working on at least two projects as a Business Analyst

Strong understanding of business analysis practices, concepts, and techniques

(including UML, BPMN, user stories, and other modeling techniques)

Expertise In Creating High-quality Documentation Such As Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

Proven Experience In Requirement Gathering And Analysis, Including Stakeholder interviews
