Associate Brand Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead 360-degree campaigns from brief to launch and coordinate media and creative agency logistics.
• Oversee digital strategy across web and social and ensure campaign assets are delivered on time.
• Manage brand financials, contribute to P&Ls and annual budgeting, raise purchase orders, track vendor invoices, and ensure spending accuracy.
• Analyze Circana or Nielsen market data, weekly performance, and competitor movements to identify sales drivers and product or portfolio opportunities.
• Manage SKU setups, artwork updates, packaging revisions, and promotional calendar execution.
• Align projects with global business units, consumer innovation and NPD teams, subsidiary partners, and senior leadership.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; marketing or commercial majors are preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar field.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal teams and external retail partners.

Preferred qualifications

• Consumer packaged goods experience is preferred.
• Google Suite proficiency, including Sheets, Slides, and Docs, is preferred.
