Role overview

Supports and assists in managing assigned Temple Health applications.

Participates in application projects and learns to develop new features.

This is a hybrid role requiring on-site work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Help meet application project deadlines and goals.
  • Test and implement vendor releases and system upgrades.
  • Assist with system issue resolution and provide basic technical and functional application analysis.
  • Help define system requirements and develop logical data models.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to learn functionality and configure features that improve user productivity.

Education and experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of related experience with efficient troubleshooting, research, and problem-solving required.
  • General experience and knowledge of basic hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • General healthcare IT experience and knowledge preferred.
