Role overview

The Application Analyst supports and enhances Temple University Health System applications.

Responsibilities

  • Add features, test vendor releases and system upgrades, and address application defects.
  • Analyze technical and functional application aspects, define system requirements, and develop logical data models.
  • Educate application teams and stakeholders on system functionality; follow change procedures and document applications.
  • Communicate application changes to internal department teams.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Two years of related experience with troubleshooting, research, and complex problem solving required.
  • Knowledge of basic hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language required.
  • Healthcare IT experience preferred.

Workplace

  • Hybrid role requiring three onsite days each week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
