NOTAM Function
- Prepare NOTAMs when requested in accordance with ICAO regulations.
- Support the efficient running of the 24-hour NOTAM office.
- Prepare and distribute NOTAM summaries.
NOTAM Database and Records
- Maintain and update the NOTAM database.
- Maintain records of NOTAM requests and published NOTAMs.
AIS Quality and Audit
- Record NOTAM queries and maintain related statistics.
- Initiate, investigate, and clarify queries received.
- Participate as a member of the AIS Safety Committee.
Procedure Documentation
- Update LAISI with the latest and correct procedures.
Reporting
- Prepare functional reports accurately and on time in line with GCAA requirements and quality standards.
Health, Safety and Environment
- Comply with relevant health, safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls.
- Perform additional role-related tasks requested by management.
Knowledge and Experience
- Degree in a technical field relevant to aviation with no previous experience.
