QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, sales or business
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good attention to accuracy and detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Basic project management skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and/or financial support systems
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate across different levels of the organization
  • This position is for Freight LTL Invoicing and Invoice Disputes. Applicant must be an effective communicator across diverse people groups. Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data, manage multiple priorities, identify discrepancies, document procedures, and resolve issues efficiently is preferred.
