Role overview
Support the Security Manager and lead day-to-day safety, security, and service delivery across the property.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage the security team in support of the Security Manager.
- Oversee daily operations, resource deployment, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, property inspections, and security audits; identify and mitigate threats.
- Investigate incidents, security breaches, and emergencies and ensure reporting and corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, company standards, and life-safety requirements.
- Lead training, coaching, and performance management initiatives.
- Partner with Residence leadership and external stakeholders on security strategies, emergency response, and business continuity.
Candidate requirements
- Currently hold an Assistant Security Manager position or comparable leadership role within luxury hospitality.
- Dubai experience and knowledge of local regulations and security best practices are required.
- Proven experience managing teams and security operations in a luxury service environment.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, access control, CCTV, and emergency response procedures.
- Strong report writing, investigation, and incident management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules and respond to operational needs.
- A valid SIRA license is required.
- Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
Schedule
- The schedule is five days per week over 48 working hours.
