Assistant Team Leader role supporting daily operations and team performance in remittance, exchange, or banking.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily team operations and targets; monitor staff performance and customer service.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain records.
- Handle customer queries and operational issues.
- Ensure KYC/AML procedure compliance and support and guide team members.
Requirements
- Experience in remittance, an exchange house, or banking.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good reporting and data-management skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- AED 3,500–4,000 per month.
