Leadership and store operations
- Attract, hire, train, develop, and retain team members; create a succession strategy.
- Conduct mid-year and annual reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to direct reports.
- Partner with the Store Manager on annual and quarterly business plans.
- Drive revenue, comparable growth, traffic, conversion, loyalty program, and labor targets.
- Ensure team product knowledge supports intentional customer recommendations.
- Maintain presentation standards and act on merchandising opportunities.
- Deliver excellent in-store customer service and grow the business through community outreach.
- Coach and inspire the team, model company values, and foster belonging and inclusion.
Candidate requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Retail experience and a deep understanding of retail, including proven sales-floor leadership.
- Leadership skills, business acumen, analytical ability, and a record of achieving or exceeding success metrics.
- Comfortable working in a scented environment and demonstrating products hands-on, including applying them to oneself and customers.
- Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; must be available November 15 through January 15.

Pay and benefits
- Base pay is $22.00–$25.00 CAD per hour and may vary based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
