Compensation
- Starting compensation is $21.00 per hour plus bonus.
Essential job functions
- Rent storage units and parking spaces.
- Prepare rental agreements.
- Handle financial transactions and banking activities.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services.
- Maintain general curb appeal.
- Manage a team and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
- Assist with maintenance and supervise onsite projects.
- Perform other duties assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Current auto insurance is required.
- A background check is required.
