Role Overview

Assistant Store Manager for SmartStop Self Storage store #2311 in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The role supports all phases of storage facility operations, including leasing, team management, maintenance support, onsite projects, and tenant relationships.

Essential Job Functions

  • Rent storage units and parking spaces.
  • Prepare rental agreements.
  • Handle financial transactions and banking activities.
  • Maintain knowledge of all products and services.
  • Maintain general curb appeal.
  • Manage the store team and support facility operations.
  • Assist with maintenance and supervise onsite projects.
  • Maintain good relationships with tenants.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required.
  • A background check is required.
  • The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and solution-oriented.

Compensation

  • Starting pay is $21.00 per hour plus bonus.
  • A monthly bonus incentive plan is provided.
