Overview

• Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Spa Manager to support the operations for one of our clients in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.
• In this pivotal role, you will assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
• As Assistant Spa Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the spa’s reputation for excellence and assisting in the implementation of wellness programs and promotions.
• Key Responsibilities:* Assist in managing daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of spa staff.
• Help maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
• Help monitor spa inventory, equipment, and maintenance needs.
• Assist in developing and implementing spa programs, packages, and promotions.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on spa performance and assist in budgeting and financial management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a spa or wellness environment, preferably in ultra-luxury hotel settings.
• CIBTAC qualification and knowledge of Forbes standards are required.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations and wellness services.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Qualifications in spa management, hospitality, or related fields are advantageous.
