Assistant Sales Manager – Welding Equipment

About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join German Gulf Enterprises Ltd. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry expertise, commercial acumen, and a proven track record in driving sales growth across the UAE’s industrial, fabrication, and construction sectors.

📍 Location: Sharjah, UAE

Key Requirements:

• Promote and sell welding & cutting equipment, welding consumables, and related industrial products.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and key accounts in fabrication, construction, and industrial sectors

• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability margins

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

• Work closely with internal technical and service teams to deliver effective product demonstrations and after-sales support.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain market competitiveness.

• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support continuous improvement and product positioning

• Ensure effective product positioning, stock movement, and alignment with overall sales strategy.

• Take full ownership of sales performance within the assigned product portfolio

🎓 Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in welding & cutting equipment or welding consumables sales in UAE (mandatory)
• Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good technical understanding of welding processes and consumables
• Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
