Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role based in Riyadh.

The Assistant Sales Manager will support the development and execution of sales strategies to grow revenue in earthworks, infrastructure, and construction segments.

Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and quotations, and supporting negotiations with clients and partners.

The role involves maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, coordinating with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing and technical alignment, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

The Assistant Sales Manager will also assist in forecasting sales performance, preparing periodic sales reports, maintaining the CRM system, and ensuring that all sales activities align with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or related industrial sectors.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of project-based sales cycles, including qualification, proposal preparation, and closing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in a professional, multicultural environment.
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and support the creation of effective sales strategies.
  • Comfort working closely with technical and engineering teams to interpret project requirements and scope.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with strong follow-up and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in standard office and CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and travel within the Kingdom as needed for client visits and project meetings.
