Overview
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and company HSE regulations.
- Liaise with authorities and obtain necessary approvals to enhance safety.
- Conduct quarterly Safety Committee meetings, daily toolbox talks, and safety trainings.
- Organize mock drills and emergency exercises, defining staff roles and responsibilities.
- Implement and promote 5S practices and maintain firefighting systems.
- Lead 24×7 terminal operations, guiding Shift In-Charges and ensuring operational readiness.
- Review operational plans for pipelines, tank farms, and truck/rail loading/unloading.
- Coach and evaluate operations and maintenance teams, ensuring competency and statutory compliance.
- Manage contractor performance and enforce QHSE policies and PTW systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE, safety equipment, and environmental compliance.
- Maintain QHSE documentation, reports, and performance records.
