Role Description
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet following company policies and procedures, ensuring that sales, profitability and customer service targets are met, and that the most suitable product quality are made available at all times.
The focus of the ARM is to improve the outlet’s overall performance constantly, ensure and enforce standards in all areas of the operation, control costs without jeopardizing quality or quantity, and maintain a positive friendly relation with customers and embed this culture in all team members.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
- Experience with Hiring and team coordination, including interviewing, onboarding, and supporting staff performance.
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management in a clear and professional manner.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, basic food safety, and service standards.
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality supervision is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
