Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager based in Riyadh.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include staff supervision and hiring, monitoring inventory and supplies, maintaining food quality standards, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
Additionally, the role requires effective team communication, collaboration with senior management, and implementation of company policies to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in hiring, team leadership, and staff management
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in Food & Beverage operations, including quality standards and inventory management
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure environments
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in hospitality management is advantageous
