Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of service is aligned with service standards and performance objectives, including cleanliness and appearance of assigned restaurant area(s).
- Ensure that Food and Beverage operational Policies, Procedures, and regulations are followed.
- Order restaurant supplies and maintain accurate inventory within budgetary requirements.
- Meet with guests to resolve concerns by guest service standards and procedures.
- Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
- Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a similar field is preferred
- (3) years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
- (3) years of Food and Beverage and guest service experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, decision-making skills, proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Candidates should have a warm and welcome smile and a positive attitude
- Must be Saudi National or Muqeem
- Must be Arabic Speaker
- Experience in Dine In Restaurant is preferred
