Assistant Restaurant Manager - Delta Rue

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at Delta Rue, supporting the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional daily operations and a consistently high standard of guest experience. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor ready to take the next step into management within a luxury hotel environment. As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take a hands-on leadership role, supporting the team during service, developing our people and creating warm, professional and personalised experiences for every guest. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day operation of Delta Rue.
• Lead the floor during service, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.
• Coach, support and develop the restaurant team, including training and onboarding.
• Build a strong service culture focused on genuine, personalised guest interactions.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service and restaurant cleanliness.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues when required.
• Lead pre-service briefings and ensure the team is prepared for each service period.
• Work closely with the kitchen and wider Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless service.
• Support rostering and daily operational requirements while ensuring RSA, food safety, WHS and hotel procedures are consistently followed. About You:
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role within a quality restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment is highly regarded
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Confident leading and motivating a team during busy service periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A hands-on, organised and solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in developing people and building a strong team culture.
• Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency.
