Hyatt Place AlUla is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the opening of the hotel.
Hyatt Place AlUla will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, a swimming pool, and a fitness center for leisure and business travelers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise restaurant staff and support scheduling.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor inventory, service standards, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of service standards and guest experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication.
