Parsons is hiring an Assistant Resident Engineer for its construction supervision team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Support daily field engineering and supervision, constructability reviews, and monitoring of work in progress.
- Review drawings and specifications for revision compliance and coordinate with design disciplines for compliant execution.
- Review contractor submittals, verify compliance with plans, specifications, and standards, and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure tests and inspections are conducted, witnessed, and documented; supervise inspection staff as required.
- Track project progress and schedule performance and prepare reports and updates for the Resident Engineer.
- Monitor material procurement and deliveries; maintain supplier data, technical catalogs, and project records.
- Maintain daily logs and discipline turnover records and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.
- Enforce HSE requirements and hazard controls.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction supervision and delivery of roads, utilities, and general infrastructure works.
- ADM/DMT practice license or approval.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authorities’ regulations and approvals process.
- Strong site coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
