We are looking for a **new team member** to join our growing team in Dubai office.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
This role involves engaging with clients through calls, providing customer support, and promoting our services. **Freshers in Dubai are welcome to apply.**
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Answering inquiries and make an expectational engagement.
- Assist with client onboarding and explain services
- Maintain professional communication with clients
Requirements
- Basic experience in business, outreach, call center, telesales, or customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and customer-oriented attitude
- Fluency in English
