About This Role
Overview
Eden Rose is currently engaged with a private bank with Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) specializing in wealth management who require an Assistant Relationship Manager, Arabic and English speaking.
Reporting to the head of the relationship management division and Chief Executive Officer, you will support Client Servicing activities and support the relationship managers in daily operations and administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and sales support to RMs and Team head
- Assist RMs in the account opening process
- Internally coordinate the account opening/client on-boarding process with compliance and the booking centres
- Assist RMs in preparation of client profiles, KYC background checks and compliance and AML issues/requirements
- Coordinate and manage client transactions
- Help prepare Credit requests and assist in Credit limit renewals
- Coordinate Asset Transfers with middle and back office
- Provide administrative coordination between RMs, INSO and the booking centres
- Build synergies and communication channels with colleagues in all locations.
- The Assistant Relationship Manager will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and ideally hold relevant professional certifications.
- You will be fluent in English and Arabic language and have an extensive relationship management support exposure within a private banking institution.
- You may have held a client servicing or assistant relationship management role, and have a proven track record in supporting client portfolios.
- You will have In-depth knowledge of investment products, markets, and advisory strategies and excellent client relationship and advisory skills.
- You will be an Avaloq Power User.
