Role Description

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Quantity Surveyor

to join our Infrastructure Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all quantity surveying, commercial, and cost control activities related to major infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, stormwater networks, sewerage systems, electrical networks, and telecommunications infrastructure.

The role requires strong expertise in contract administration, variation management, cost reporting, and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
  • Administer contracts, subcontractor payments, and commercial correspondence.
  • Evaluate and process variations, claims, and change orders.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and cost reporting.
  • Support procurement, final accounts, and subcontract management.
  • Coordinate with project teams to assess progress and commercial impacts.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and contractual matters.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and financial controls.
  • Identify, assess, and prepare variation orders, change notices, and commercial submissions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Control within large-scale
  • infrastructure projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with standard forms of contracts (FIDIC preferred).
