Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Assistant Property Manager** to support the Property Management Department in the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties.

The successful candidate will assist with tenant relations, maintenance coordination, lease administration, property inspections, reporting, and ensuring smooth property operations.

Arabic-speaking candidates will be given preference.

Property Management & Tenant Relations

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance requests, inquiries, and property-related concerns.
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including inspections and documentation.
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers.
  • Follow up on tenant complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Lease Administration

  • Prepare tenancy contracts, lease renewals, addendums, and related documentation.
  • Monitor lease expiry dates and coordinate renewals with tenants and landlords.
  • Ensure all tenancy records and property documents are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in collecting and tracking rental payments and security deposits.

Maintenance & Operations

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs with contractors and vendors.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure service quality standards are met.
  • Schedule routine property inspections and prepare inspection reports.
  • Follow up on preventive maintenance schedules and property compliance requirements.
  • Marketing and Advertising:
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
  • Advertise vacancies through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to determine competitive rental rates.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

  • Stay informed about local, state, and federal property laws and regulations.
  • Ensure properties are compliant with all relevant laws.
  • Handle eviction processes if necessary.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records within CRM and property management systems.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on occupancy, maintenance, renewals, and tenant issues.
  • Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant UAE property regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in property management, real estate administration, or a similar role in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, tenancy laws, and property management procedures.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Arabic language skills (spoken and written) are a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures and Ejari registrations.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling maintenance coordination and vendor management.
