Join Southern Housing’s Property Data team as an Assistant Property Data Analyst on a fixed-term basis or secondment until 2 March 2027.
Support property data quality, accuracy, and integrity, including housing management system integration and ongoing improvement work.
Responsibilities
- Support data cleansing, analysis, audits, and quality assurance.
- Maintain and update complete, current property records in housing management systems.
- Produce property reports and provide data and insights to colleagues.
- Assist with system integration projects and data quality reviews.
- Identify process improvements and work with stakeholders to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
What you’ll bring
- Experience working with large volumes of data in an analytical role.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence with complex spreadsheets.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify data issues.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data and present findings clearly.
- Proactive, inquisitive, and self-motivated approach.
- Housing association experience or Power BI knowledge is advantageous.
Workplace
- Hybrid role; work from home up to three days per week, with days agreed with the line manager.
- The role can be based in any company office and requires attendance at the Farringdon office for team meetings when needed.
- In-person interviews and assessment are scheduled at Fleet House office.
