Assistant Outlet Manager role supporting food and beverage service at The Lagoon.
The posting describes guest-facing outlet operations and staff coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate staff teamwork and ensure guest needs are met.
- Inspect staff grooming and attire; complete opening and closing duties and clean work areas.
- Maintain organized storage, FIFO practices, inventories, and supply requisitions.
- Monitor dining room service, seating, safety, and guest well-being; submit maintenance work orders.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, and employee coaching.
- Follow safety and security procedures, report incidents, and complete safety training.
- Welcome guests, address service needs, communicate professionally, and uphold quality standards.
- Identify ways to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost savings.
- Perform physical work including extended standing or walking and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Preferred qualifications
- At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- No license or certification specified.
