Mission Description
Within our DCI-NAVFCO branch, the Assistant Operations Manager - Naval Operations assists the operations manager in the organization, smooth running, supervision and control of the assigned operation and provides training, in English, in his area of expertise. Responsibilities include: Supporting the operations manager in the design and drafting of training proposals for foreign navies; Ensuring compliance with instructions given by the operations manager; Coordinating the activities of the team under his responsibility; Leading training in its 3 components, in the classroom, on board, dock and at sea: Classroom instruction, Practical training, Simulation; Preparing scenarios on simulators; Participating in or leading training and exercises; Supervising, supporting and evaluating trainees; Participating in the drafting of reports. Profile:
Holding
a BS OPS or a master's certificate, you have a minimum of 15 years of experience in similar functions.
An expert in one of the following fields: Combat Systems, Underwater Warfare, Electronic Warfare, or Surface Warfare, you have a proven track record in team management and have worked in an international and multicultural environment throughout your career.
Beyond your training skills, your ability to prioritize, adaptability, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation are essential assets for fulfilling your mission.
You are fluent in English.
