Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Assistant Operations Manager
to oversee and drive the successful delivery of large-scale projects in Facility Maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Facility operations, ensuring projects are Going Smoothly, completed safely, on schedule with quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day Operations & Maintenance across multiple projects.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies to achieve operational excellence.
- Create and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
- Supervise with project teams and contractors for successful delivery.
- Coordinate with Client.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Drive productivity improvements and optimize resource utilization.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for construction and Maintenance teams.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in construction project delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- **Arabic Nationality is mandatory.**
