Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Graduate from a School of Nursing (BS or BSN). Registered Nurses employed in this role prior to November 1, 2024, are encouraged to pursue a BSN degree, but obtaining the degree is not a condition of employment.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital.
- Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Shared Governance experience.
