Assistant Nurse

NexaLife Home Healthcare LLC is looking for a compassionate and experienced Newborn Care Nurse to provide professional newborn and infant care services at clients' homes across Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience caring for newborn babies and be confident supporting new mothers and families.
The role requires a caring personality, excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of newborn safety and hygiene, and the ability to provide high-quality care in a private home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional newborn and infant care at home.
- Monitor the baby's general condition, feeding, sleep, hygiene, and comfort.
- Assist with bathing, diaper changing, dressing, burping, and soothing.
- Support mothers with breastfeeding and feeding routines.
- Maintain proper newborn hygiene and infection-control practices.
- Observe and report any changes or concerns regarding the baby's condition.
- Educate and guide parents on safe newborn-care practices.
- Support postnatal mothers when required.
- Maintain accurate care notes and communicate professionally with families and the NexaLife clinical team.
- Follow NexaLife Home Healthcare policies and UAE healthcare standards.
Requirements
- Nursing qualification (BSc Nursing/Diploma or equivalent) with previous experience in newborn, neonatal, pediatric, maternity, or baby care.
- Home healthcare experience in the UAE is an advantage.
- Candidates should have good English communication skills, a professional and compassionate approach, and flexibility to work according to patient requirements.
- Language Requirement: We are looking for a Tagalog-speaking Newborn Care Nurse / Baby Care Nurse with good English communication skills.
Compensation
- Pay: AED2,900.00 - AED5,000.00 per month.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Newborn & Elderly care: 3 years (Preferred).
- Language: Tagalog (Preferred).
- Location: Dubai (Preferred).
- Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred).
