The Role Scope

Y our role will be to provide insight through analysis to support the Commercial team to deliver financial KPI's, to manage intake and stock levels to optimize return on investment and to support the range planning process

Role key responsibilities:

✨Planning & Analysis

Assist in the creation of seasonal budgets and buy plans.

Provide analysis of historical data, customer insights, and retail data to create range plans by brand/category for the season.

Support the product team to deliver agreed KPI's through the production of trading reports to identify gaps and opportunities.

✨ Stock & Intake Management

Manage the flow of intake to optimise stock turn.

Monitor divisional open-to-buy in line with the agreed budget. Liaise with suppliers and colleagues in Buying and Operations.

✨ Trading & Performance

Work with the trading team to launch product on time and track against forecasted performance.

Identify slow moving products and suggest actions to improve performance.

Conduct ad-hoc data reporting and analysis to meet business needs.

Previous Merchandising experience in a fast paced retail business.

An understanding of Online trading, ideally gained in an online or multi-channel business.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication skills. High level of attention to detail.

Self motivated with an ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.

Play a key role in an exciting, fast-paced retail merchandising environment.

Contribute directly to range planning and optimize intake flow across renowned clothing and footwear categories.

Collaborate with trading, buying, and operations teams to launch products on time and track performance
