Position objective
Ensure products appear in the right store at the right time and in the right quantity.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare Retail Pro, sell-through, consolidation, and product breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with stores, logistics, and warehouse teams to align supply with demand.
- Analyze best- and worst-selling products, including price points, colors, and styles.
- Review previous-season sales and report on current-season lines.
- Help optimize product-category volume and profitability.
- Gather customer reactions to products.
- Coordinate with buyers on orders, repeats, damages, range planning, sales analysis, and deliveries.
- Prepare merchandise plans and information for product-range presentations and reviews.
- Report competitor offerings and opportunities to the brand team.
- Process retail reports and invoices; prepare accurate and timely records.
- Work with Merchandise Planning on product ranges and product mix by subcategory and price point.
- Maintain confidentiality of entrusted documents.
