Responsibilities
- Proofread advertising copy, support campaigns, maintain the department calendar, and coordinate internal projects.
- Help prepare booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings.
- Handle data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping.
- Assist with departmental initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.
