Assistant Marketing Manager

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Leading the development and execution of the hotel's marketing and communication strategy.

Creating and coordinating marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and partnership channels.

Managing content creation for social media platforms, website updates, photography, and promotional materials.

Ensuring brand consistency and compliance with IHG and voco brand standards.

Assisting in the planning and execution of hotel launch activities, events, and promotional campaigns.

Coordinating with internal departments, agencies, media partners, and suppliers to deliver marketing initiatives.

Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports on marketing activities and ROI.

Leading public relations activities, media visits, influencer partnerships, and community engagement programs.

Identifying market trends and opportunities to strengthen the hotel's positioning and visibility.

Managing marketing assets, collateral, and promotional materials.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a similar role, preferably within hospitality.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital advertising.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with graphic design, content creation, photography, or video editing is an advantage.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
