About The Role

Qualifications

Strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.

Familiarity with automotive sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and operational best practices will be highly advantageous.

Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the dealership or service center, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

  • Implement and monitor policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service quality and compliance.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance business performance and market share.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
