Who you are

• 2+ years of Telecom IT, BSS or enterprise billing application operations experience with strong production-support responsibility.
• Hands-on experience with telecom billing platforms such as Oracle BRM, Amdocs, Kenan, Geneva/SingleView, BSCS or equivalent billing solutions.
• Proven experience in bill-run processing, invoice generation and posting, call/CDR processing, billing assurance and discrepancy management.
• Strong Unix/Linux administration and Shell scripting capabilities.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL knowledge for troubleshooting, data validation, reconciliation and operational automation.
• Experience working with application logs, batch processing, schedulers, file-processing systems and database troubleshooting.
• Understanding of integrations between CRM, mediation, billing, invoicing, payment, reporting and document management systems.
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Kibana, Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, Zabbix or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request processes.
• Familiarity with billing assurance, reconciliation controls, audit readiness and operational governance.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• ITIL certification or billing-platform certifications are desirable.
