About The Job An opportunity has arisen for the Supervisor (Activations) to join our Sports & Leisure team in Jumeirah Beach Hotel . The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the activities set up as part of the resort program, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Create an activities programs aligning with sports & leisure team.
- Supervise and schedule staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided, addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Plan, organize, and oversee a variety of recreational activities and events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the needs of participants.
- Monitor activities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, conducting regular safety checks and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the resort programs and events to maximize participation.
About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs
- Leadership and team management skills
- Creative mindset.
