Role impact

Supports semi-hermetic compressor tear-down analysis, service, and hands-on training for stakeholders.

Uses compressor failure analysis and repair experience to help customers achieve durable products.

Service responsibilities

  • Analyze compressor failures and collaborate with factory Quality Assurance on tear-down activities.
  • Address customer complaints with Sales/Application teams and perform on-site compressor overhauls with end users.
  • Train technicians at service providers and customers.

Factory controlling duties also listed

  • Drive monthly factory performance analysis, identify root causes, and propose improvement actions.
  • Lead month-end closing, accrual reviews, deviation analysis, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
  • Analyze factory and supply-chain costs and support decisions on profitability and cash performance.
  • Use Excel, SAP/S4HANA, Business Warehouse, HFM, and Power BI for reporting and analysis.

Candidate qualifications

  • Hands-on compressor repair experience.
