The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the Outlet Manager / F&B Manager in the efficient daily operation of the outlet.

This role ensures excellent guest service, team performance, and operational compliance while helping to drive revenue, aligning with departmental targets, and maintaining service quality.

In the absence of the Outlet Manager, the Assistant takes full responsibility for the outlet’s management.
