Role overview

Customer experience and sales

• Lead by example on the sales floor and bring energy and solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach associates to provide service, share product knowledge, and engage customers.
• Support sales goals through active floor leadership and customer follow-through.

Store operations and execution

• Help manage opening and closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Keep the store organized, customer-ready, and operating smoothly.
• Follow safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Address issues, maintain store standards, and take ownership of execution.
• Use retail technology and digital tools to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Team leadership

• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and provide clear direction.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
• Coach teammates in real time, recognize wins, and address performance gaps.
• Support team and store priorities as needed.

Required qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key-holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager experience is preferred.
• Fast-paced or high-volume retail experience is preferred.
• Interest in long-term growth in retail leadership is preferred.

Pay and benefits

• Rate of pay is $23.10 per hour.
