Opportunity

Key responsibilities

• Translate client business goals into data and AI solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable data pipelines, architectures, and AI models.
• Develop machine learning models, NLP solutions, and predictive analytics use cases.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and support quality, consistency, and governance.
• Use cloud technologies to architect and deploy data platforms and AI solutions.
• Support data strategy, migration, transformation, modernization, and visualization projects.
• Deliver end-to-end projects with data scientists, engineers, and business consultants.
• Apply emerging data engineering, AI, and generative AI trends to client work.
• Contribute to proposals, solution design, and team knowledge sharing.

Experience and qualifications

• Assistant Manager: 5–7 years of experience; Manager: 6–9 years.
• Technical background in data engineering, analytics, or AI solution delivery.
• Programming proficiency in Python, SQL, Java, or Scala; experience with Spark, Databricks, or Hadoop.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, data warehousing, cloud platforms, and data visualization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant data engineering, analytics, or AI implementation experience; consulting experience is preferred.
• Large-scale digital or AI transformation program experience is an advantage.

Skills and attributes

• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Problem-solving, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Client engagement and stakeholder management experience.
