Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination:
• Oversee and coordinate logistics operations, including marine transportation, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring timely delivery of goods and personnel to marine terminals and offshore locations
• .

• Inventory & Risk Management

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, implement inventory control measures, identify and mitigate risks related to transportation, customs, and logistics disruptions.
• **Compliance & Documentation:**
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international regulations, including customs and safety requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of shipping, customs, and other relevant documentation.
• **Team Supervision:**
• Lead and supervise a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.
• **Vendor & Service Provider Management**
• : Establish and maintain relationships with logistics service providers, assist in contract negotiations, and monitor third-party performance.
• **Process Optimization**
• : Implement best practices to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce costs, automate the process and improve service quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years in logistics or supply chain management, with supervisory experience.
• Industry Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of marine logistics, international trade regulations, customs procedures, and inventory management.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
