About This Role

Job Purpose

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics and operational activities across SOTC programs, training centers, and sports events.

The role focuses on ensuring effective coordination of resources, timely logistics support, and seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders to enable efficient delivery of sports, training, and event operations.

Logistics Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in planning and coordinating logistics requirements for SOTC programs, training sessions, camps, and sports events.
  • Coordinate transportation, accommodation, equipment movement, and site logistics to ensure operational readiness.
  • Monitor day-to-day logistics activities to ensure alignment with approved plans, schedules, and operational requirements.
  • Follow up on logistics requests, track execution status, and escalate delays or issues as required.
  • Maintain logistics plans, schedules, inventories, and asset movement records.

Program & Event Support

  • coordination for sports programs, tournaments, camps, and events delivered by SOTC.
  • Support logistics Coordinate with venues, coaches, program managers, National Federations, and service providers to ensure readiness and smooth delivery.
  • Assist in managing on-ground logistics during events, including setup, operations, and breakdown activities.
  • Support transition activities from planning to execution and post-event closure.

Vendor & Service Provider Coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics service providers, transport companies, accommodation providers, and suppliers to ensure service delivery as per SOTC requirements
  • Support monitoring of vendor performance and review service delivery reports.
  • Assist in validating invoices, service reports, and completion documentation prior to approval
  • Maintain vendor coordination records and support follow-up on service gaps or corrective actions.

Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Prepare routine logistics and coordination reports highlighting activities, issues, and progress
  • Demonstrates strong business analysis and reporting skills, including analyzing operational and logistics data, monitoring performance, and preparing accurate periodic reports to support informed decision-making by management.
  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics matters with internal SOTC teams, SOPC, venues, National Federations, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely communication of logistics updates and operational requirements to all relevant parties
