Job Overview

Candidate Profile

• One qualification path includes Hotel or Hospitality Management education, hospitality technology awareness, international assignment experience, hospitality systems experience, and at least 3 years in an Associate Supervisory role.
• An alternative path includes a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 2 years of project management experience, and proven negotiation skills.

General Activities

• Maintain status documentation, goals, scorecards, and LPA tracking.
• Monitor IT operations for assigned company-owned and managed offices.
• Provide IT activity and business-plan updates to the direct manager.
• Meet property business contacts at least once every two months, gather feedback, and produce follow-up reports and action plans.
• Support activation of potential properties by building business cases and engaging owners and business partners.

People Activities

• Own IT vendor relationships for properties in scope.
• Participate in talent acquisition according to company procedures.
• Verify induction, training, backup coverage, communication, and talent development programs.
• Build positive and effective relationships with direct team members.

Product and Process Activities

• Remain informed about vendor activities and support vendor choice assessments.
• Document technology pilot scope, objectives, reviews, recommendations, and related documentation when assigned.
• Maintain IT inventory and cluster IT agreements.
• Monitor rollouts, operating budgets, expenses, forecasts, and accounting coordination.
• Verify IT escalation, issue tracking, service-level, and support-desk processes.
• Implement cluster best practices, regional IT policies, and technology disaster and contingency testing.
