Assistant Manager

What you'll be doing As Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, working closely with the General Manager to keep the pub running brilliantly. You’ll be:

• Leading and inspiring the team to deliver great service every time
• Making sure our guests receive a warm welcome and have a brilliant experience
• Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the business
• Helping drive sales, standards and commercial performance
• Coaching and developing your team to reach their potential
• Taking ownership of shifts and making sure everything runs smoothly
• Maintaining high standards across service, food, safety and compliance
• Building strong relationships with both your team and our guests What we're looking for We’re looking for someone who is confident, hands-on and passionate about hospitality. You’ll ideally have experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy pub, restaurant or hospitality environment, and be ready to take the next step in your career. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who:

• Knows how to motivate and develop a team
• Is commercially aware and understands what makes a successful pub
